Vadakin Inc. pioneered the first automated fossil fuel boiler methods of the mid 1980's. Our initial goal at that time was to replace the dangerous and arduous task of manually cleaning boiler surface areas, which was the industries conventional method, with a safer, more robust automated cleaning system. Fifteen years later in January of 1998, we had finally succeeded in developing a complete compliment of automated cleaning devices, support equipment and the necessary pumping equipment to remove the difficult slag deposits for the Cyclone and Pulverized boiler Industry. Our cleaning devices were designed to clean specific slag and ash conditions, from the removal of gas flow lane pluggage, to finish cleaning specific boiler tube area to parent metal. Today, Vadakin Inc's “Applied High Energy Cleaning Systems” is recognized as a viable solution to the boiler cleaning needs within the Power Generation Industry. Our cleaning technologies are employed in a variety of boiler types, utilizing also a wide variety of fossil fuels.
