Vadakin Inc. is a small privately owned company located in the gentle rolling foothills of Washington County, Ohio. The current four person ownership group has a combined 96 years employment experience with Vadakin Inc. and includes; Sara J. Hooper President/Executive Manager, Mark T. Whiteley Vice President/Assets Manager, Greg G. Grose Secretary/Treasurer/Safety Coordinator and Keith D. Thomas Vice President/Field Manager.
Our Field staff is comprised of equally qualified and talented people such as Field Project Coordinator Doug Atkinson. Doug has 26 years boiler cleaning experience, all with Vadakin Inc. Pete Shunk and Roy Moore are both Field Supervisors that began their boiler cleaning careers at Vadakin Inc. in the 1980's. These individuals and the remaining field management staff are highly capable, motivated individuals. We think you will enjoy working with them as much as we do!
Vadakin Inc's field crews are formally trained and skilled cleaning technicians. Our technicians are AFL-CIO affiliated union members and are talented and adaptive at boiler apparatus rigging and cleaning application management.
Our field crews also include some special old faces such as Chuck Mills, Tom Jewell and Steve Johnson. These gentlemen are the backbone of our equipment and apparatus maintenance programs.
